Technical Description	This technology is a high-efficiency mechanized processing of pomelo. The processing includes three main stages: essential oil extraction, pulp cutting and peeling, and pulp separation. The essential oil extraction process is more than twice as efficient as current methods, while the pulp cutting and separation technologies are over ten times more efficient than traditional techniques. The system processes more than 2 tons of pomelos per day.
