Technical Description	The peel's essential oil extractor is a scraper device integrated with the blade holder of a fruit peeling machine. The scraper device extends a steel brush and a scraping tube toward the fruit position on the knife fixing seat. The steel brushes are used to break the outer peel of the fruit, facilitating the release of essential oils. These oils can be collected by the extraction tubes through pressing or contact with the ruptured peel surface.
