Land, Grass jelly! Four Fairies Descend to Create a Floral Wonderland—New Grass jelly Varieties Unveiled
On August 28, 2025, the HDARES held a press conference at the Ministry to officially release four new grass jelly varieties: “Hualien No. 1 – Xiantian,” “Hualien No. 2 – Xianjing,” “Hualien No. 3 – Xianzi,” and “Hualien No. 4 – Xianmei.” At the same time, formal licensing agreements were signed with the Fuli Township Farmers’ Association in Hualien County, Mumu Horticulture Co., and young farmer Liu Jing-yuan, marking the official launch of the promotion of these new grass jelly varieties.
